Artwork Preparation

If selecting "I need a design", one of our graphic designers will contact you via email within 24 hours to begin your design. Design fee includes 1 concept and 3 revisions. Any additional revisions will be $10 each and will be billed after the design phase is complete. Production turnaround time begins only when the design phase is complete and design has been approve for print by the customer.

Please create a Spot UV template along with your regular file. The Spot UV template file is used to show where the UV coating needs to be applied. Create a mask file in a vector based program such as Illustrator or CorelDRAW. Use solid 100% K to indicate where you would like the UV. Do not use shadows, glows or grayscale images. White areas will indicate no UV.

• Please create your file in CMYK mode with a resolution of 300dpi
• If your file has been created in RGB or includes RGB objects, we recommend converting the file to CMYK.
• Graphic Size: 3.5" x 2" (Please add a .25" bleed to your artwork. Final artwork size should be 3.75" x 2.25")
• If your business card will be double sided, please upload two PDF files. One file for outside and one file for the inside.
• Before you upload your artwork, be sure your artwork is sent in the same size or ratio as your order.
• All fonts should be converted to curves or outlines.
• We suggest your files be flattened or rasterized if possible to minimize the file size.
• We accept the following  file formats: pdf, eps, svg, ai, psd, jpeg, png, tiff. Jpeg files are accepted, but it is strongly suggested that the jpeg is created at the closest size possible to the final print size.

 These business cards are printed on "go green" paper. Our "go green" paper is virgin pulp derived from sustainably managed forests. These sustainably managed forests help to clean our air, control erosion, and provide environmentally friendly jobs.
