Custom 1/8" PVC Sign Panel

This material is rigid, lightweight, has a low-glare matte appearance and provides excellent print quality. PVC has great weather resistance and can maintain its color in various lighting and weather conditions. This material is often printed to create flat sign panels but can also be cut or routed to create 3D indoor and outdoor building signs. PVC is commonly used for real estate signs, trade show displays, informational signage and dimensional lettering.

Artwork Preparation

• Please create your file in CMYK mode with a resolution of 300dpi
• If your file has been created in RGB or includes RGB objects, we recommend converting the file to CMYK.
• Do not include bleed or crop marks in your artwork. Your artwork should reflect only what you need to be printed in the final product.
• If your sign will be double sided, please upload a two page PDF. Page 1 will the front side and page 2 will be the back side.
• Before you upload your artwork, be sure your artwork is sent in the same size or ratio as your order.
• All fonts should be converted to curves or outlines.
• We suggest your files be flattened or rasterized if possible to minimize the file size.
• We accept the following  file formats: pdf, eps, svg, ai, psd, jpeg, png, tiff. Jpeg files are accepted, but it is strongly suggested that the jpeg is created at the closest size possible to the final print size.
